In these terms, “Base7”, “we”, “us”, and “our” mean that company, and “you” means the person or organisation using the site. By using the site you agree to these terms; if you do not agree, do not use the site.

You may view the site and download its content for your own reference and to evaluate whether to work with us. You agree not to:

1. use the site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these terms;

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the law of the ADGM, including liability for fraud.

You agree to cover our reasonable losses, costs, and expenses arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.

These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or with your use of the site, including a non-contractual dispute or claim, are governed by the laws of the Abu Dhabi Global Market. You and Base7 submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the ADGM Courts.

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply, and our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about your use of the site. We may update these terms from time to time, and the version and effective date above show the current issue.
